Banned man back in court after breaching restraining order

​A BANNED man has been back before the courts after breaking the terms of a restraining order. Jamie Jenkins entered a guilty plea to one count of harassment by breach of a restraining order on conviction when he appeared before magistrates in February. The 34-year-old had been made subject to a restraining order by Worcester Crown Court on August 10, 2023, magistrates heard from prosecutor Thomas Wickstead. Jenkins, who gave the court an address in Hereford’s Commercial Road, was ordered to be detained until the court rose, with detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85.
