Bumper vintage tractor event set to return next month

The Tractor World Show returns to the Three Counties Showground on February 21 and 22, promising its biggest edition yet with more exhibits, displays and demonstrations for enthusiasts and families alike. The show will fill four exhibition halls and neighbouring hardstanding areas with hundreds of vintage, veteran, classic and modern tractors, alongside classic commercials, lorries, trucks, Land Rovers and agricultural machinery. A spokesman for the Tractor World Show said: “Visitors can look forward to hundreds of vintage, veteran, classic and brand-new tractors, alongside classic commercials, lorries, trucks, Land Rovers, vans, stationary engines, historic farm machinery and agricultural exhibits.” The horticultural and gardening section also returns, while the miniature model area will cater to fans of the small scale. Traders will offer tools, garage equipment, tyres, books, workwear and gifts. Anniversaries will be in focus during this year’s event, with the Friends of Ferguson Heritage and the Ferguson Club marking 80 years of the Ferguson TE20 and 70 years of the FE35 models. The Case IH Club will celebrate 70 years since the introduction of the Bradford-built small tractor. Saturday will feature the H J Pugh & Co live auction, expected to include more than 1,000 lots, including more than 100 tractors. Sunday’s highlights include the Outdoor Vintage Autojumble, focused on second-hand motoring memorabilia, and the popular Classic Commercial Drive-in Day. Advance adult tickets are £16 per day or £18.50 on the gate, with under-15s admitted free with an accompanying adult.
