Audience and content editorAlmost three weeks of closure are coming to the C1292 Dormington to Mordiford road. A BUSY road is set to close for weeks in November and December for road resurfacing works. The C1292, a busy route for people heading to Rotherwas in Hereford, will be undergoing road resurfacing works as part of a major programme of repairs in the county. The programme has seen resurfacing works carried out to roads across Herefordshire this year. ALSO READ: Herefordshire Council said the road will be closed from Larport Court to Mordiford from 7pm on November 24 to 5am on December 13. The council’s roadworks information said the closure will be in force all the time, with a diversion in place. The diversion will see drivers sent via Dormington on the A438 through Bartestree and Lugwardine into Hereford, onto Folly Lane, the A465, the A438, and the B4224 to Mordiford and vice versa, a total distance of over 10 miles.
