The TV chef worked her last day at The Bull on Wednesday (January 7) and announced her departure on her Instagram page. “So, some New Year news, today is my last day at The Bull,” she said. “Moving to the Cotswolds was never on my bingo card, but I must admit it’s been a brilliant year and I’ve made so many new friends, learned so much about produce and had the pleasure of working with some wonderful people. “Something new and very exciting is coming, and it’s close. I can’t wait to share it with you!” Ms Abé’s career has seen her at the helm of some of London’s most celebrated kitchens. These have included The Ledbury, Elystan Street, and the Michelin-starred Harwood Arms. Following her appointment at The Bull in April, James Gummer, Founder of Public House group, said, “We are so excited to welcome Sally to The Bull. “She is one of the country’s most talented chefs, and her love for British produce and great pub food perfectly aligns with ours. “We cannot wait to see her creativity in action.”
