(Image: ROB DAVIES) THE OWNERS of a now-closed city centre cafe have plans to transform the space into a new business. La Dolce Vita Coffee Shop on Church Street closed on October 9, with the owners saying rising costs had made it “unsustainable to continue”. The cafe was previously known as Polly’s at No. 10, but was reimagined by owners Layla Razavi and her partner Giovanni Calandra, with the business refurbished and rebranded.
