Worcester Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) has reshared an appeal published by British Transport Police following an unprovoked attack on board a train from Hereford to Worcester. British Transport Police released a photo of a man they want to speak to following the assault on September 26 at 8.10pm. Officers believe the man in the images may have information which could help their investigation. A spokesperson from Worcester Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) said: “Colleagues at British Transport Police have issued an appeal following an assault on a train from Hereford to Worcester.” Anyone who recognises them is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 629 of 12 September.
