Crews from Peterchurch and Ewyas Harold Fire Stations were called to the property on Dulas Avenue last night (Monday, December 29) at 5.54pm. Two fire engines could be seen on the residential street as of 7.30pm that evening. A spokesperson for Peterchurch Fire Station confirmed that crews extinguished the wood-burning fire using chimney gear. Crews extinguished the wood-burner fire.
