White returns to Hereford FC on short-term loan deal

The 23-year-old was a popular figure after joining Hereford a year ago making 29 appearances, scoring 10 times and providing four assists. His strike against Warrington was awarded Hereford’s Goal of the Season. However, White declined a renewed deal with Hereford in the summer and moved to full-time National League side Sutton United. This season White has played just 69 minutes of National League football during three appearances Hereford boss Paul Caddis told the club’s website: “I’m delighted to bring Jaiden back to the club on a short-term loan deal. He’s a player I have chased for a few months and thankfully the patience has paid off. “Jaiden is no stranger to our supporters and we all know he’s a talent that can produce something out of nothing. “My personal relationship with Jaiden has proved pivotal in him deciding to come back to Hereford over offers higher up the pyramid. “I’m thrilled to bring Jaiden back into our squad.” The Bulls have a busy week ahead of them with a visit to fifth placed Scarborough on Saturday followed by a mid-week trip to fellow bottom-half side Chester. Caddis said that his side answered their critics in the ‘best way possible’ on Saturday after coming from a goal down to beat AFC Sudbury 5-1.# “They are good players,” said Caddis. “We started on Saturday (against Southport) with eight of the team who finished with the club’s highest points record last year. “We’re just going through a tough moment, collectively, myself as well as the group. The lads are right behind us, we went 3-0 down against Curzon and drew 3-3. “We had a good discussion on Thursday and broke things down. It will probably surprise a lot of people that we’re second in the league for the most corners and fifth in the league for possession stats. “As much as people think we’re long ball and don’t create enough, it’s criticism that we’ve got to take and answer it in the best way possible. “We went 1-0 down, there was a lot of stuff being shouted. That’s absolutely fine if you want to travel down and have a pop. The boys answered it in the right way.”
